Shipping Notice
– Checkout shipping fee, free shipping is available for many countries.
– Due to K-PACKET’s weight limit, we might upgrade the shipping method to EMS or DHL.
– About the custom issue, sincerely understand it is buyer’s responsibility for import duties or taxes.
Return Policy
– For non-defective items.
(1) If you return or exchange the product due to a change of mind, it is possible, but please note that the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping fee. Also, the product should be sealed, not used.
(2) If you receive the product which have short expiry date (less than 12 months), we accept return or refund.
(3) If an incorrect item is shipped, we will take a full responsibilty as refund, exchange or reimbursement.
– For defective items.
(1) Return or refund or exchange is surely accepted, and IBBI will pay for the shipping fee. If the product you purchased is out of stock at the time of purchase, a 100% refund will be provided.
(2) If you received damaged product such as having leaked, broken condition, do not hesitate to send a photo of damaged item condition to help@ibuybeauti.com, and get a refund.
– Notice
– Return request must be made within 7 days after receiving the package.
– Refund will be fully provided when the tracking number for return package is issued. Depending on payment method (Paypal or Stripe), it might take about 7 business days to appear refund transaction on your card statement.
