I really like this toner. It is a milky white consistency, and the ceramides help with calming irritation or inflammation on the skin. I have used it when my face is dry, dehydrated, and also when my face is slightly burny feeling after using exfoliants like AHA and BHA. I have dehdrated, super sensitive acne prone skin, and this product is one of my faves.
