   This works really good especially on those big spots the have this icky white heads to it. Instant results were shown after removing the patch. I usually keave it on for approx. 12-24 hours and remove it. The patches stops the swelling keep the are clean from any dirt.

   I think I needed to use at least two (12ish hours each) for a red swelling to form the white heads. I think for the price it’s not worth it. Maybe okay for those with only one or two acne every month or something. There are 3 pouches with 12 patches each. Each patch is about 1cm in diameter.
