Process
(1) Firstly, you need to register to ibuybeauti.com.
(2) Let us know your registered email address at IBBI, and request us to change this account to wholesale user. (Wholesale Request below)
(3) Once we receive it, we will review it and change your account to wholesale within 24 hours.

NOTICE
(1) Once your account is changed to wholesale account, we CANNOT reverse it back to regular customer account. Therefore, if you also want to keep use regular customer account, we highly recommend you to create a new account only for wholesale.
(2) Minimum wholesale order subtotal is $200. (Only item subtotal, shipping fee is separate)
(3) Store credit and coupon code are NOT available for wholesale account.

SHIPPING
(1) Shipping fee is separate. We provide DHL or EMS shipping for wholesalers, shipping fee will be automatically calculated by package weight, which you can find at cart page (before checking out).
(2) We will cover for package lost. However, if it turns out the shipping address is incorrect at the first place, we cannot cover this case. Please double check shipping address before proceeding wholesale order. If we think shipping address is insufficient, we will contact you. However, if we couldn’t get a reply from you, we will cancel the order.
(3) Handling time might take about one week, it varies depending on order quantity.
(4) If it turns out your ordered items are not available, we will inform you. If you would like to cancel it – we will refund item price and shipping fee (as package weight is decreased). If you would like to replace them with other items, we will recalculate shipping fee.
(5) If you have your own logistic partner / company located in S.Korea, please let us know it by contacting us via email (help@ibuybeauti.com) We will refund EMS / DHL shipping fee, and provide free domestic shipping to your logistic company’s address. However, we do NOT follow up once it arrives there, please contact logistic partner / company.
CUSTOMS / IMPORT DUTIES
(1) We do NOT take any responsibility for customs, or import duties or taxes. Every country has their own import policy, and it is whoesale buyer’s responsibility. We highly recommend you to do research in advance. This is beyond to our control.
(2) We can assist you to declare lower value for the package at your request, but we do not take any responsibility for the consequence.
CANCEL ORDER / REFUND
(1) We CANNOT cancel the wholesale order. Please make sure it in advance.
(2) We highly recommend you to use your own credit card or Paypal account. If you use other’s credit card, we might have to request you to submit photo ID. We will try to reach you about this, but please note that unverified order can be canceled without a notice.
