As the result of COVID-19, shipping via Korea Post (K-PACKET / EMS) is still suspeneded to many countries, and other private couriers even raised the shipping fee during this period of time, due to high market demand although there are very limited flights available crossing borders. Since K-PACKET was our main shipping method, this is acutally the first time we encountered to this severe air transportation difficulties.
