It’s a thin consistency with a slight/minor citrus scent.. bought it as it is a huge bottle and thought it was great value but I didnt find that it did anything for my skin.

As with ahchiang, I did not find it did much for my skin. It was moisturizing enough for the Korean winter, but overall not very sexy. I had bought it at a significant discount at the TonyMoly store in Myeongdong, Seoul for 9900 KRW. A great value for product. However those who don’t like a kinda oily slimy consistency will probably be put off by it.

it gives you the chance to layer it 2-3 times if you want to get even more hydration

One of my HG toners. It has ceramides and really calms irritated skin. If you went overboard with chemical or physical exfoliants, or even if your skin is dry, dehydrated, layering this product will calm the irritation down very well. It comes in a big bottle and you can layer it a few times without feeling guilty lol.
